Right now, I operate Blue Daffodil Designs part time.  My store is available online and exclusive pieces are available at the Guild Emporium located at 316 North Dumas Ave in Dumas, TX. 

Yes.  Returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase for non-custom items.  For more information, please visit the Returns & Warranty section.  The link is in the footer.

Though I can't offer fully comprehensive repairs at this time, I can do repairs in certain circumstances.  I have already repaired multiple items for personal clients.  Visit the repairs section to message me details of your repair to see if what you need is possible.  

Shipping options are as follows:

Local customers in zip codes 79029, 79086, and 79013 may: 

• Arrange for a free next available day pick up - Pick up your order from the Guild Emporium on the next available open day.  The Guild Emporium is located at 316 North Dumas Ave, in Dumas, TX and is open Wednesday through Sunday. 
• Choose free same day home delivery for orders above $150 for orders placed before 12pm.  Orders will be delivered between 5pm and 8pm.  Someone must be available to sign for the order.  Your ID may be requested for verification.   
• Choose $10 same day home delivery for orders below $150 for orders placed before 12pm.  Orders will be delivered between 5pm and 8pm.  Someone must be available to sign for the order.  Your ID may be requested for verification.  
• Have the order shipped if desired

For orders shipping to non-local locations in the continental United States or for shipped local orders:

• Orders above $150 have a free shipping option through USPS shipping with a 2-8 business day delivery depending on location
• Orders below $150 have a flat rate of $8 per order for USPS shipping with a 2-8 business day delivery depending on location
• USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express (overnight to most locations) are available.  Cost will depend on weight/size of order and will be calculated at time of check out automatically.

*NOTE* 

• All shipping will be through USPS and to the United States only. 
• Orders may be sent requiring signature & most items cannot be replaced if lost. 
• Orders will NOT be refunded automatically if customer states "lost in the mail" due to the precautions mentioned above.  Instead, a claim will be made through the USPS, which will determine ultimately if a refund is applicable.
