Returns & Warranty

• Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of item for pre-made items.
• Returns are not accepted for fully custom pieces, however, these pieces come with a one year warranty - see warranty information
• Item must be unused, in original form, and in original packaging
• Returns must be initiated by original purchaser or gift recipient with receipt
• Funds will be returned to original payment method or may be used towards exchange with another item of choice
• Items will be inspected once returned for original condition of materials.  Altered pieces, or those with obvious wear, will not be accepted for return.  

Custom pieces come with a one year warranty.  

The warranty includes replacement/repair of the following:

• Broken stones through normal wear and tear
• Broken strands through normal wear and tear
• Re-stranding of the piece in certain circumstances

Though the warranty does not include circumstances of loss, damage due to rough treatment, or other extenuating circumstances out of the norm, please contact me to see if the piece may be salvaged.  I will do my best to help if I am able.
